Ricky is an exchange specialist with over a decade of experience in 1031 Exchanges including forward, complex reverse exchanges, and build-to-suit transactions. Also connected to the world of escrow he has obtained valuable skills in process improvement, companywide training, and regulatory compliance. As a result of being in the real estate and accounting industry, Ricky understands the importance of work efficiency, diligent communication and providing professional support to clients. Outside of the office Ricky enjoys spending quality time with his family, cycling through town, or walking his dogs.
