With ClosingTracker you can:

        •  View status and schedule of escrow activities
        •  Communicate with all participants involved with your escrow
        •  View and print important documents

To access your escrow's status, simply click on the "ticking" Guaranty Escrow logo at the top-right corner of any of our web pages.  It's right there, and you can get your status at any time.

You will need a Username and Password that Guaranty Escrow will assign to you when we start your first escrow process.  Once you have your Username and Password, you'll be able to check your escrow status at any time.
